Turkish breakfast, Egridir, Isparta Province, Turkey

It’s the second morning of our 3-week backpacking trip through western and central Turkey. Our hostel doesn’t serve breakfast, so we go out into the market square where we find a small restaurant. We order breakfast and this is what arrives: tomatoes, olives, fresh cheese, tea and pide ekmek (Turkish flat bread). For the next few weeks this would become our standard breakfast.
